Each piece is made with intention, and shipping times vary depending on whether it is a Ready to Ship or Made to Order piece.

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship pieces are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Within the UAE: 3–5 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination, with most orders arriving within approximately 2 weeks.
Made to Order

Each Made to Order piece is individually handcrafted especially for you. Please allow 4–12 weeks for production before dispatch.

As every piece is created individually, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the current studio schedule. If your jewellery is completed sooner than expected, it will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Made to Order piece is individually handcrafted especially for you, all Made to Order purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been confirmed.

This policy does not apply to Ready to Ship pieces.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly repair, replace, or work with you to find a suitable solution.

As each piece is handcrafted, subtle variations in texture and finish are a natural part of the making process. These details are not considered faults, but quiet reminders that each piece is uniquely its own.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
  • ssll Atelier is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
